About the Role

As HR Operations Manager, you will be a key partner to business leaders, guiding impactful HR initiatives and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes.

Day to Day Mission

• Lead HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, ensuring accurate contracts, records, and documentation.
• Own and deliver sub‑projects such as global HR guidelines and cross‑location initiatives.
• Professionalize and internationalize HR practices, adapting tools and documents to local needs.
• Manage operations and legal matters (benefits, policies, HRIS) in coordination with external partners in target markets.
• Support initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and organizational development.
• Champion international mobility for staff, handling visa, work‑permit, and relocation procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager or Generalist, preferably in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple HRIS and reporting tools; implementation experience is a plus.
• Enjoy planning, executing, and implementing HR projects and thrive in a results‑oriented setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and discreet, confident communication with all stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English.
