Jobtailor in Munich is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide end-to-end support for all employees, from onboarding to offboarding, and to handle independent payroll processing with statutory reporting. Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial vocational training with further HR qualification, or a degree with an HR focus.
• Solid knowledge of payroll tax, social security and employment law
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR role
• Proficient with payroll systems/software

• Strong communication skills, team spirit and tact in dealing with people
