• Primary point of contact for employees, external payroll provider, and internal stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and manage employment contracts, contract amendments, and personnel files
• Coordinate the monthly collaboration with the external payroll provider
• Operational management of onboarding and offboarding as well as performance cycles across all teams
• Administration of employee benefits and employee support
• Continuous maintenance and development of HR systems (including Personio)
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing HR processes
• Actively drive the automation of recurring tasks, including with AI-supported tools

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR, business administration, or equivalent
• 2–4 years of professional experience in HR Operations or a comparable operational HR role
• Confident use of tools such as Personio, Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Interest in using AI-supported tools for process automation
• Solid knowledge of contract management, personnel data maintenance, and collaboration with external payroll providers
• Experience in the operational management of employee lifecycle processes (on-/offboarding, performance cycles)
• Ability to work in a structured and careful manner across many parallel topics and tight deadlines
