HR-Manager / HR-Generalist (m/f/d)

Location: Schwerin, Hybrid

Working Hours: Full-time, Part-Time

Responsibilities

• In charge of the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to ongoing support and departure.
• Handling the administrative HR processes for all our locations and responsible for operational HR topics such as Absence and time management, occupational health management and internal HR communication.
• Further developing our recruiting program, implementing appropriate measures and finding creative ways to attract new talent.
• Serving as the internal contact person for employees and managers in everyday HR issues.
• Managing our digital HR tool, ensuring smooth processes and high data quality.
• Actively shaping HR processes and contributing to a positive work culture.
• Maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship with leadership and ensuring they stay up to date on relevant HR matters.

Qualifications

• A commercial or human resources apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in operational human resources.
• Hands‑on working ability and can control HR processes independently without relying on specific work instructions.
• Enjoys project‑oriented work and has a structured working philosophy.
• Confident communicator across all levels of the company.
