The HR Generalist (m/f/d) is responsible for delivering the complete range of operative employee life cycle management from onboarding to offboarding. They will be part of the German HR Team with the focus on supporting the local manufacturing site Dassel with ca. 120 associates and will be integral part of the regional EMEA HR Service Organization. 

This position reports to the Sr. Director Human Resources Central Europe and is part of the regional HR enabling Team located in Dassel, Lower Saxony and will be an on‑site role.

What you will do:

• You will be first point of contact for our management team, associates and works council on employee relations matters and your assigned projects
• You will process, check and maintain employment contracts, contract amendments and any sorts of employee related documents
• You will support the management team with recruiting activities and identification of the right candidates
• You will provide profound support with questions on labor law, HR processes and Cytiva policies
• You will provide HR relevant statistics and reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis together with the local HR Specialist.

Who you are:

• You hold a degree in HR Management or other vocational training as HR professional
• You have several years of experience with 360 Degree employee Life Cycle management and administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• You have very good communication skills in German and English language
• You are literate in Microsoft Office applications and you have experience with Time and Attendance tools and employee management systems like Workday

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge about terms and conditions of tariff agreements would be a plus but no prerequisite
• Experience with working in an international matrix organization

Der/die HR Generalist (m/f/d) ist eigenverantwortlich für die Betreuung aller Mitarbeitenden über den gesamten Employee Life Cycle – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding. Sie werden als Teil des deutschen HR-Teams den lokalen Produktionsstandort Dassel mit ca. 120 Mitarbeitern unterstützen und ein integraler Bestandteil der regionalen EMEA HR Service Organisation sein.

Diese Position berichtet an die Senior Direktorin Human Resources Central Europe und ist Teil des lokalen HR-Teams in Dassel, Niedersachsen. Die Position verlangt die Präsenz vor Ort.

Was Sie tun werden:

• Sie sind der/die erste Ansprechpartner/in für unser Managementteam, Mitarbeitende und den Betriebsrat in Fragen der Mitarbeiterbeziehungen und zu Ihnen zugewiesenen Projekte
• Sie werden Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen und alle Arten von mitarbeiterbezogenen Dokumenten bearbeiten, prüfen und pflegen
• Sie unterstützen das Managementteam bei der Rekrutierung und der Identifizierung der richtigen Kandidaten
• Sie bieten umfassende Unterstützung bei Fragen zu Arbeitsrecht, HR-Prozessen und Cytiva-Richtlinien
• Sie werden HR-relevante Statistiken und Berichte monatlich, vierteljährlich und jährlich gemeinsam mit der örtlichen HR-Spezialistin bereitstellen.

Wer Sie sind:

• Sie haben einen Abschluss in HR- Management oder einer anderen beruflichen Ausbildung als HR-Fachkraft
• Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im 360‑Grad-Management und der Verwaltung des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus, vorzugsweise in einer Produktionsumgebung
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
• Sie sind in Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen kompetent und haben Erfahrung mit Zeit‑ und Anwesenheitstools sowie Mitarbeitermanagementsystemen wie Workday

Es wäre ein Plus, wenn Sie auch bereits Erfahrung in folgenden Teilen haben:

• Kenntnisse über die Anwendung von Tarifverträgen wären zwar ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
• Erfahrungen mit der Arbeit in einer internationalen Matrix‑Organisation
