Role Overview

W Executive is recruiting a Germany HR Business Partner for a prestigious international law firm. This is a one year fixed-term contract role, based in Frankfurt, Germany, at the initial stage of a transition project with prospects of permanent employment.

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner for local Partners and Business Services leaders, driving organizational performance and implementing the company’s people strategy. You will:

  • Provide strategic HR advice and lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, succession planning, staff engagement, and well-being.
  • Build trusted partnerships with fee-earners, Partners, and business teams.
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams and business units to improve policies and processes.
  • Act as a change agent, sharing best practices, market trends, and innovative HR solutions.
  • Deliver HR analytics, reporting, and insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Drive inclusion and diversity initiatives across all HR levers.
  • Ensure compliance with German labor laws and company policies.
Ideal Candidate
