HR Business Partner(f / m / x)(25–30 hours per week)

• You advise employees and managers on all strategic and operational HR matters.
• You support teams and employees through personal and organizational change processes.
• You own the end-to-end recruiting process in your business area—from drafting the job posting to successful onboarding.
• You conduct development conversations and support employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
• You actively contribute to employer-branding initiatives, career fairs, and HR projects.
• You provide guidance on employment-law matters and ensure smooth HR administration.
