For our partner company in the healthcare sector based in Munich, we are looking for a Hospital Controller (m / f / d ) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

In this responsible position, you will drive the digitalization of hospital controlling by designing modern data models and automating reporting processes using business intelligence. You will act as a strategic partner for the clinics and use SQL and BI tools to derive well-founded recommendations for action for economic management from complex data volumes. You will combine operational controlling with innovative data analysis.

Your tasks

• Continuous further development of existing tools and data models to ensure the efficiency and quality of the monthly financial statements and standard monthly reporting
• Independent design of new data models and analyses to answer complex operational questions
• Supporting participation in economic planning and preparation of refinancing calculations in the area of health care
• Supporting the monthly financial statements, including responsibility for preparing, analyzing and commenting on the contribution margin statement
• Central contact person for the clinics and preparation of ad hoc analyses for decision‑making

Your profile

• Professional experience in the reporting / controlling environment in the healthcare sector, ideally in hospital controlling
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and experience with BI / reporting technologies such as Power Pivot, Power BI or QlikView
• Confident in processing large amounts of data using relational databases and SQL
• Excellent analytical skills paired with an independent and results‑oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team for cross‑departmental collaboration
• Enthusiasm for the digitalization of healthcare and an interest in automating hospital controlling
