Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Availability

Überdies stellen sie sicher, dass die Filialabläufe reibungslos funktionieren. Key Leads (m/w/d) sind Teil des Management Teams. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Geschäftsleistung der Filiale, indem sie das Kund*innenerlebnis auf der Verkaufsfläche sowie das Erreichen der täglichen Umsatzziele mit dem Team sicherstellen.

Deine Arbeitszeiten

• Eine Verfügbarkeit an Samstagen und Sonntagen, sowie während bestimmter Feiertage wird vorausgesetzt.
• Zusätzlich können die Stunden bei Bedarf erhöht werden, um die Anforderungen des Unternehmens zu erfüllen.
