This is a remote hybrid position in Colorado. Specific days in the office are not required, but the incumbent is expected to be available for on-site meetings periodically throughout the year within Eagle and Summit Counties.

About the opportunity

This role supports full-cycle recruitment efforts and provides critical administrative and operational support to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

What you will do

• Assist with TA team recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; and writes and places advertisements.
• Handle administrative duties for contract and travel associates.
• Assist new employees with relocation and setting up housing.
• Handle administrative duties relating to internal and external departmental reporting on behalf of the TA team.
• Enter data on behalf of the TA team into recruitment systems.
• Assist with new hire orientation.
• Provide administrative support as required to support various HR Programs & Processes.
• Provide group level administrative support for all HR related actions, including, but not limited to new hires, promotions, transfers, leave of absence, terminations and payroll transactions.
• Provides coverage for business office functions, as needed.
• Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
• Must be HIPAA compliant.

The posted salary range for this position applies to Colorado and may be adjusted based on geographic location.
