Responsibilities

• Serve as technical and disciplinary leader of global testing and qualification activities within the Highrise Product Development Center (PDC), ensuring product quality through effective team management and strategic decision-making.
• Lead international testing and qualification teams across Germany, China, Korea, and the USA, fostering a collaborative and performance‑oriented environment that encourages best‑practice sharing.
• Collaborate closely with global development departments to target qualification of Highrise products, optimizing the development process and reducing time to market.
• Own global reporting and stakeholder management for all T&Q activities, acting as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and traceability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in operations and products, training teams on safety aspects and implementing industry best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in an international setting, preferably in the elevator industry or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the elevator industry, with experience in highrise systems considered an advantage.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, capable of analyzing complex problems and developing proactive solutions.
• Excellent English skills; additional language skills are desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse teams.
• High cultural sensitivity and awareness for successful global collaboration.
• Readiness to travel regularly to international locations.
