About the Role
We're looking for a strategic Regional Head of Sales to build and lead our sales team in Berlin. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution - you'll be involved in hiring top talent, develop winning strategies, and actively support deals while scaling our German market presence.
As Regional Head of Sales, you'll drive revenue growth through both leadership and direct involvement in key deals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to refine sales tactics, expand our German footprint, and make data-driven decisions that impact growth. Your role is pivotal in scaling our go-to-market engine and building a high-performing sales organization.
