Your mission

AI is fundamentally disrupting healthcare. At mama health, we're shaping this future. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager / Head of Product who thrives under pressure, loves a challenge, and is willing to work hard to make a real impact. You'll take the lead on our two product roadmaps, for the Patient App, our consumer-facing product, and the Analytics Platform, our B2B SaaS product.

This is not a role for the one who is just looking for a "job". We need a BUILDER - someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, challenge the team and own the product roadmaps from idea to delivery. If you're ready to push boundaries and take full ownership of a critical product, read on.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient App roadmap: refine the vision, prioritize features and refine the value proposition AI enables for patients.
• Own the Analytics Platform roadmap: ensure patient journey insights are delivered to our clients.
• Get your hands dirty: collaborate closely with design, engineering, and analytics to build, test, and iterate on the product.
• Be relentless: ensure deadlines are hit, blockers are removed, and everyone stays aligned.
• Drive execution: prioritize features, write detailed user stories and ensure the product is built to spec.
• Advocate for the patient: understand user needs deeply and ensure the app provides real value to chronic patients.
• Work with leadership: align product initiatives with company strategy and key business objectives.

1) a Patient App that helps chronic patients find answers to their daily questions - using best in class multi-agent systems and proprietary data
