Our mission is to offer the world's most comprehensive curated selection. Pricing is a key lever for this. The pricing team will drive profitable sustainable growth by owning and optimizing GetYourGuide's global pricing and inventory strategy.

This role is responsible for establishing a data‑driven framework for pricing and commission decisions, ensuring highly competitive positioning and balancing the core objectives of operator partnership, customer acquisition and margin health. We will transform pricing from a function into a powerful strategic asset that defines our market leadership.

Your mission
  • Define and lead the commercial pricing strategy turning company growth objectives into actionable pricing levers
  • Design and evolve commission structures, discount programs, and incentive models that align supplier success with marketplace goals
  • Establish and oversee the collection and use of competitive pricing insights ensuring we have the right coverage across markets and categories
  • Build scalable playbooks that enable Sales and Account Management teams to engage suppliers effectively on pricing topics
  • Develop frameworks for ensuring fair and competitive pricing balancing customer trust with strong supplier relationships
  • Partner with Product and Data leaders to connect commercial priorities with the pricing platform and tools
  • Act as the commercial voice of pricing in the organization providing insights and influencing senior stakeholders
Your toolkit
  • 10 years of experience in marketplaces, e‑commerce or travel with a strong track record in pricing, revenue management or commercial strategy
  • 5 years track record working on marketplace pricing
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance supplier revenue goals with competitive customer pricing
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Data and Sales in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior leadership and external partners
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
