Role Description
- Build & grow the marketing team 2 to 10 FTE in the next 2-3 years
- Marketing Strategy & Foundational PMM (positioning messaging etc.)
- Content & Performance Marketing Strategy (2 most important pillars)
- Role reporting into David (CEO) Tim is Interim Lead for the role atm

Must-have requirements
- Must be female candidate currently all 6 / 7 other leaders are all male
- 6 years of B2B Marketing experience (ideally with marketing to SMEs)
- Generalist with deep experience in Content and / or Performance (spending $60k p / m)
- Experience working for high growth tech start / scale-ups
- Get-shit-done mentality very hands-on
- Leadership experience
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the energy market or marketing to Procurement / CFO
Hiring Process
- 1st interview with Linda (Commercial Strategy Manager)
- 2nd interview Philipp (Marketing Team Lead - Paid)
- 3rd interview with Tim (Chief of Staff & Interim Commercial Lead)
- SLA : Feedback within 24 hrs SLA at each stage
- Weekly update to Tim & Linda via email
- Role is less high priority then the Head of Sales role
Focus on Berlin first otherwise open to relocate
Compensation
Compensation : 100-140k OTE with 80 / 20 or 90 / 10 split same in equity (4 years vesting)
