Head of Key Accounts adidas Underwear & New Business Development (all genders)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategically manage & ensure expansion of our adidas Underwear license sector
  • Operationally manage & expand national & international key accounts in the sports retail sector
  • Acquire new retail partners
  • Oversee sales & budget targets
  • Implement our European sales strategy
  • Develop product range strategies for customers - including forecasts
  • Conduct annual business reviews & negotiate prices & terms
  • Sell-in of global collections, manage assortments & execute marketing & in-store initiatives
  • Carry out market analyses, regular visits & feedback sessions
YOU BRING
  • Several years of experience in international sales or key account management
  • Strong network within national & international sports retail
  • Excellent communication skills including broad stakeholder & networking management
  • Intercultural competences & team spirit
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative & confident negotiation skills
