Jobtailor in Munich seeks a seasoned Head of Operational HR Management to lead a team of about 45 staff, driving efficient and compliant HR operations. You will spearhead central HR projects, including digitalization and HR systems upgrades, while advising managers on employment law matters.

You will ensure legislative and collective bargaining changes are implemented and collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain high-quality HR services.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional and management experience in operational HR management, ideally in public sector or healthcare.
• University degree in law, public administration, business administration, HR management, or comparable field.
• Very strong knowledge of employment law and collective bargaining law; civil service law is an advantage.
• Experience leading complex HR projects and digitalization initiatives.
