• Advise and coach managers on all relevant HR matters
• Support employee relations and employment law and works council matters
• Foster a trusting relationship with employee representatives
• Design and implement organizational development, change management, performance management, and talent development processes
• Implement HR projects and improve policies, processes, and standards
• Support group-wide HR initiatives as well as transformation, restructuring, and comparable change programs
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding

Requirements

• University degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in operational HR, ideally in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of employment law, social security law, and works constitution law
• Independent, solution-oriented, and resilient approach to work
• Strong consulting skills and diplomatic acumen
• Experience in recruitment, talent development, organizational development, or change management
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to travel
• Willingness to collaborate across locations
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
