Job summary

Lufthansa Group sucht eine/n Leiter/in HR-IT, der/die die globale HR-Systemlandschaft strategisch gestaltet und operativ Verantwortung übernimmt. Sie steuern den Betrieb der globalen HR-Kernplattformen (SAP SuccessFactors & ServiceNow HRSD) und arbeiten eng mit HR-Stakeholdern, um Anforderungen in nachhaltige IT-Lösungen zu übersetzen.

Sie führen das Team, fördern Diversity und Leadership Next Level, unterstützen den Employee Lifecycle von Rekrutierung bis Entwicklung und sichern stabile

Qualifications

• Wahre Hochschulabschluss in relevanten Feldern (Informatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik)
• Mehrere Jahre HR-IT, Enterprise-Anwendungen oder IT-Transformationserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Führungsverantwortung in internationalen, komplexen Strukturen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner HR-Plattformen, ideal SAP SuccessFactors und ServiceNow
• Erfahrung im Management komplexer IT-Projekte und externer Dienstleister
• Starke strategische, analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicherer Stakeholder-Umgang
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Betrieb, Sicherheit und Weiterentwicklung der globalen HR-Kernplattformen (SAP SuccessFactors & ServiceNow HRSD)
• Beratung von HR-Stakeholdern und Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in nachhaltige IT-Lösungen
• Sicherstellung stabiler Services und Operations Management gemäß SLAs und Governance
• Weiterentwicklung der HR-IT-Architektur, inkl. Integrationen, Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse
• Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung der HR-IT-Strategie und Integration neuer Group Companies
• Führung des Teams mit Fokus auf Diversity und Leadership Next Level-Dimensionen
• Unterstützung des Teams über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle (Recruiting, Motivation, Entwicklung)

Job description

Take on strategic and operational responsibility for core HR IT solutions and play an active role in shaping the Lufthansa Group’s global HR system landscape.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the operation, security, and further development of the global HR core platforms (SAP SuccessFactors & ServiceNow HRSD)
• Advising HR stakeholders and translating business requirements into sustainable IT solutions
• Ensuring stable service and operations management in accordance with defined SLAs and governance requirements
• Further development of the HR IT architecture, including integrations, interfaces, and data flows
• Helping to shape the HR IT strategy and integrating new Group companies into the global platform landscape
• Providing disciplinary and functional leadership for the team with a focus on diversity and the “Leadership Next Level” dimensions
• Supporting the team throughout the employee lifecycle (recruitment, motivation, and development)

Ihr Profil:

You combine strong leadership skills with in-depth HR-IT expertise and successfully drive change in international organizations.

• A successfully completed master’s degree in computer science, business administration, industrial engineering, mathematics, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in HR IT, enterprise applications, or IT transformation
• Several years of leadership experience in international and complex organizational structures
• In-depth knowledge of modern HR platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
• Experience managing complex IT projects and external service providers
• Strong strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management at all organizational levels
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
