The role supports the Ground Operations HR management team with strategic transformation and restructuring projects, shaping future HR concepts within a leading aviation brand.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in economics, social sciences, public administration, humanities or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in project management, HR project management or organizational development.
• Experience with transformation and change projects.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Experience in preparing management documentation and decision-making materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

For Lufthansa Technik AG-a global leader in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for the aviation industry, we are seeking an experienced HR Transformation & Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) to join the team in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.

This position is to be filled on a temporary staffing (contract) basis for the period from October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027.

In this role, you will support the \"Ground Operations\" HR management team with strategic transformation and restructuring projects, while actively contributing to the further development of modern HR and organizational concepts.

You will work directly on initiatives that help shape the future of work within one of Europe's most renowned aviation companies.

Your Profile

• A completed university degree in economics, social sciences, public administration, humanities, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, HR project management, or organizational development
• Experience with transformation and change projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Experience in preparing management documentation and decision-making materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• A structured and independent approach to work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Knowledge of labor law and HR-related economic principles is an advantage
• Very good German language skills and English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
