We are looking for a Head of Regional Recruitment to join us and lead our dynamic recruiting operations within Endress+Hauser Group. You will play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire the best talent across Europe ensuring our growth and innovation continue to thrive. The team is part of the Global CoE People Attraction & Development, which provides strategic and operational HR services for our global organization, fostering collaboration and excellence across all entities.
Based in Weil am Rhein, you will report into the Director Global People Attraction & Development and collaborate closely with local and regional HR Business Partners, Managers, and leadership teams across Europe and in some APAC countries.
