  • Lead the global talent management agenda through continuous development and revision of concepts, programs, and tools within the ERGO Group
  • Implement and conduct leadership programs on a global scale
  • Ensure effectiveness and optimize performance management, talent processes, and succession planning in coordination with Munich RE
  • Collaborate with external providers
  • Advise board members and executive management
Your profile
  • You have a university degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with strong business acumen and solid knowledge of corporate strategy
  • You have proven expertise in leadership development in multinational corporations, including the design and implementation of programs for high potentials and accelerator programs
  • You have extensive experience working effectively in global and cross-functional teams, including external partnerships
  • You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leaders and manage multiple complex initiatives effectively
  • You have demonstrated international leadership experience, excellent English skills, intercultural competence, and a willingness to travel globally
