Your tasks
Project Execution Leadership & Planning:
  • You lead the full construction lifecycle of renewable energy assets, from engineering through commissioning, grid connection and handover to operations. You manage detailed construction schedules, milestones and resource plans to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

  • You provide functional leadership to the construction project managers, ensuring clear governance, workload prioritization, performance management, and capability development.
Contractor & EPC Management:
  • You select, negotiate, and manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, HSE and quality standards. You oversee claims and variation order management.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE):
  • You enforce strict adherence to health, safety, environmental and quality procedures across all project sites.
Budget & Cost Control:
  • You monitor budgets and CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, lead cost optimization initiatives and identify risks early related to supply chain or market price fluctuations. You implement corrective actions to meet financial targets.
Technical Coordination:
  • You collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, grid, and development teams to ensure constructability, design optimization and permitting compliance.
Stakeholder Interface:
  • You represent the company in interactions with local authorities, grid operators and project partners during construction and commissioning.
Risk & Issue Management:
  • You identify project risks, implement mitigation measures and oversee contingency planning and emergency response preparedness.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
  • You maintain detailed project dashboards, construction KPIs and progress reports for senior management.
Continuous Improvement:
  • You develop and implement best practices and standardized procedures for future renewable construction projects and lead lessons-learned initiatives across technologies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • You work closely with legal, sales, marketing, finance, controlling and asset management teams to ensure successful asset development.
Your profile
  • You hold a Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • You are customer-focused and show a high level of engagement, negotiation and analysis
  • You are result-oriented and have a collaborative mindset
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German.
