As a Head of BI (f/m/d), you will lead a motivated team of data scientists and engineers. You will support your team in their growth, work on optimizing our pricing algorithm, and assist other departments in making data-driven decisions.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Lead and manage a team of analysts, data scientists & engineers, focusing on key opportunities to drive value.

• Assist other departments in making data-driven decisions to optimize business performance and growth.

• Collaborate with our revenue team to develop industry-leading pricing algorithms.

• Contribute to forecasting tools supporting our expansion efforts.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• At least one year of leadership experience in a startup environment and 5 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science.

• Strong skills in SQL and Python, proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets, and experience with data visualization tools.

• Understanding of business and financial metrics.

• Ability to solve problems independently and lead a skilled team.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
