Qualifikationen

• At least one year of experience leading a team in a startup environment.
• 5 years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
• Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems and effectively lead a team.

As a Head of BI (f/m/d) you will lead a highly motivated team of data scientists and engineers. As a strong leader you support your team to grow in various fields, tackle interesting topics like further optimizing our pricing algorithm with them and support other departments in making data driven decisions.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Lead and manage a team of analysts, data scientists & engineers, by setting focus on the biggest opportunities and help them drive value quickly.

• You help other departments make better data driven decisions, to optimize business performance and drive growth.

• In collaboration with our revenue team you build the best pricing algorithm in our industry.

• You contribute to our forecasting tools for our expansion, which is a huge business driver.

• You are excited to join a fast-growing startup and shape the future direction of the Business Intelligence department.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have at least one year of experience leading a team in a startup environment and a background of 5 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science.

• You have strong technical skills in SQL and Python, as well as proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets and experience with data visualisation tools.

• You have a strong understanding of business and financial metrics.

• You have a demonstrated ability to independently solve problems and effectively lead a team of highly skilled individuals.

• You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
