As a Head of Account Management, you will lead a team of Account Managers who are empowering restaurants to simplify and scale their operations through restaurant technology.

Note: This role is based in Berlin, Germany.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead the Account Management team to drive the retention and growth of our accounts ensuring an exceptional level of customer experience
  • Manage the overall pipeline of new and existing customers joining the platform.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales to ensure the handover process from deal to partnership is as smooth and effective as possible.
  • Refine and optimize current processes including all tools used to connect and maintain customer relationships.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of high performing Account Managers
  • Develop each team member to increase adoption of the platform and payments across existing customers.
  • Ensuring clear communications between the rest of the sales team - Collaborate with the team to ensure Setup checklists are completed and customers are handed over properly.
  • Continue to grow the customer base through up- and cross selling opportunities by looking at market opportunities and developing our team to effectively provide solutions to our existing customer base.
  • Ensure the team exceeds its monthly MRR and KPI targets.
  • Analyze sales forecasts, call volume and pipelines for overall team and individuals.
  • Develop and hire team members for current and future opportunities.
  • Listen to calls and demonstrations and provide feedback to the team.
  • Creating new strategies to help grow revenue streams for the Account Management team
  • Manage high level deals with large organizations as well as well known brands.
What you'll bring to the team:
  • Extensive experience in a relevant Account Management team leadership role with a bias towards coaching and development to get the best out of people
  • Relevant work experience in an industry like retail or hospitality, IT solutions, software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a group towards common goals and enable them to deliver results
