D'Addario Europe Limited, established in 2017, manages the European sales and marketing for prestigious brands such as D’Addario Fretted, D’Addario Orchestral, D’Addario Woodwinds, Promark Drumsticks, Evans Drumheads, and Puresound Snare Wires. The D’Addario Europe Limited marketing team based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, being responsible for Western, Central & Eastern Europe, is seeking a driven, curious, and passionate guitar player to serve as a Guitar+ Product Specialist (m / w / d) for the brand. The Guitar+ Product Specialist helps strengthen the visibility and reputation of D’Addario among both retailers and consumers. Working closely with the sales team, this role contributes directly to the growth of our Guitar+ category. You will run training sessions, meet and support retailers, players and artists, gather market insights, and represent the brand at various events across the region. You will report directly to the European Product Specialist Manager to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Tasks
  • Deliver in-store and online product training, demos and sampling sessions to support the sales team and our retail partners.
  • Represent our brands at trade shows, conferences, community events and other gatherings.
  • Evaluate in-store merchandising, identify gaps, improve displays and support key dealers in promoting our products.
  • Identify new artists, educators, influencers and institutions with strong potential for collaborations and partnerships.
  • Monitor brand performance and work with sales and marketing to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support OEM activities by identifying targets and maintaining relationships, product usage details, quantities and contacts.
  • Conduct market and competitor research such as pricing studies, share analysis or gap assessments to support strategic planning.

  • Strong playing ability and confidence in demonstrating instruments and accessories.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences of any size.
  • Organised, reliable and detail‑oriented, with a structured and methodical approach.
  • Practical mindset with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
  • Ability to evaluate the impact and ROI of outreach and marketing activities.
  • Comfortable travelling frequently (around 50% of the time).
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business reporting tools.
  • Team‑oriented, able to juggle several projects and deadlines while keeping a clear overview.
