Your Opportunity

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and creative individual to join us as our AI-enabled GTM Engineer. You’ll own the ideation, execution and optimization of innovative scalable campaigns that directly impact our pipeline and revenue goals. This role uniquely blends creativity, experimentation, technical curiosity and analytical rigor—perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on measurable results and loves exploring cutting‑edge tools.

You might have founded a startup, built impactful side projects or demonstrated significant entrepreneurial initiative in previous roles. Your curiosity, adaptability and ability to quickly master new technologies will enable your success.

What is your job

Campaign Ideation & Execution: Design and launch multi‑step campaigns targeting defined account segments. Creatively leverage channels like email, social, direct mail and any additional innovative approaches you identify yourself.

Automation & Data Infrastructure: Build, manage and optimize workflows that enrich and segment prospect data, trigger personalized outreach at scale and integrate seamlessly with CRM and marketing platforms.

Testing & Optimization: Continuously run structured A/B tests on messaging, channels, cadence and offers. Use performance insights to iterate rapidly and improve pipeline results.

Experimentation & Innovation: Continuously test new ideas, methods and tools to reach prospects more effectively. You’re encouraged to explore unconventional strategies and creative experiments.

Tech Evaluation & Adoption: Stay at the forefront of GTM and AI technologies (such as Clay, UserGems, HubSpot, AI suite, Reachdesk) quickly identifying, evaluating and adopting new tools that enhance campaign performance and scalability.

Reporting & Insights: Clearly measure and report the impact of your campaigns on pipeline generation, sales‑accepted opportunities and ROI. Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.

Who are we looking for

You’ve demonstrated your entrepreneurial and creative mindset through past roles, side projects, startups or independent initiatives.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’ve started ideas from scratch demonstrating ownership, autonomy and comfort with accountability for outcomes.

Adaptable & Curious Generalist: You rapidly adopt and become proficient in new technologies and methodologies without unnecessary buzzwords. Practical learning and genuine curiosity define your approach.

Creative & Results‑Oriented: You independently conceptualize engaging campaigns and relentlessly track, analyze and optimize based on measurable pipeline impact.

Analytical & Structured Thinker: Comfortable translating ideas into documented, repeatable processes and making data‑driven decisions.

Interested in HR Tech: While deep HR expertise isn’t required, you’re excited to quickly understand our persona, industry and market dynamics.

Familiarity with AI‑driven campaign personalization or automation tools is a bonus.
