We’re looking for a driven Compliance professional who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping how a global organisation operates—ethically, responsibly, and in line with evolving regulations. In this role, you’ll support high-impact initiatives ranging from M&A and third-party due diligence to data privacy, risk assessments, and compliance training across Europe.

You’ll work closely with regional and local stakeholders, contribute to GDPR and anti-corruption compliance, help develop policies and practical guidance for employees, and support leadership with insights and analytics that matter. Tasks
  • Assist with due diligence activities related to M&A, JV and all third parties engagements
  • Assist with regular risk assessments related to all compliance risks. This includes collaborating with the relevant stakeholders at regional and local level to identify process gaps.
  • Assist with the data privacy framework implementation and maintenance including carrying out data privacy impact assessments, maintaining a ROPA and keeping an updated record of the IGA signatories.
  • Maintain positive behaviors when working with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Group Director with developing, reviewing and updating compliance related policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations.
  • Assist with adhoc researches to ensure regulation with various data protection regulations across Europe.
  • Support with compliance trainings and awareness activities, that includes working with relevant stakeholders to build analytics to be reported to the regional and local Leadership Team, assisting with focused awareness campaigns and bespoke trainings.
  • Support the development and maintenance of resources to help employees comply with compliance regulations, such as guidance and case studies with learning materials.
  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent level preferred in relevant areas of study (e.g. Business Administration, Law).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a compliance department, legal department in a multinational organisation.
  • First expertise in relevant regional regulations such as GDPR, UKBA (and other European anti-bribery and corruption regulations), competition laws and economic sanctions.
  • Highly ethical, principled and diligent with excellent planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with effectively across different functions, regional and global teams
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft 365 functionalities
  • Fluent in German / English. Any other European languages is an advantage.
