YOUR IMPACT

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our publicly funded projects by ensuring that every initiative runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with funding requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Grant administration, application, and reporting: prepare, review, and submit reports for various public funding projects; manage scope and change requests.
• Project coordination: draw up and monitor milestone and deliverable schedules, cost allocation, resource allocation and audits, and optimize resource efficiency.
• Stakeholder communication: coordinate with technical work streams, finance work streams, and external stakeholders to execute smooth reporting.

WHO YOU ARE

• Professional experience in grant management and project controlling, ideally with exposure to public funding programs.
• Strong understanding of funding regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills with high attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
