⭐️ Your Impact:

As GTM Lead, you will:

  • Accelerate partner growth: Work closely with new and existing craft partners to identify growth levers, design local activation campaigns, and drive top-line revenue.

  • Run growth & marketing experiments: Design and test campaigns (digital & offline), set up and optimize websites, implement funnels, and measure performance.

  • Create repeatable playbooks: Develop structured go-to-market templates and best practices that can be scaled across Smalt’s partner network.

  • Conduct sales trainings: Train partners and their teams on customer acquisition, sales conversion, and retention.

  • Make topline growth scalable: Work with the Product and Technology teams to identify opportunities to productize successful GTM approaches and automate growth processes.

  • Ideal Background:
    • Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or high-growth startup in go-to-market or sales enablement.

    • Strong exposure to small business growth, franchise operations, or field marketing.
    • Passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and helping real businesses grow.
  • Experience & Skills:

    • Ideally, 1-2 years of full-time work experience in go-to-market, marketing, or sales OR leading consulting firm (MBB) - ideally in a B2C or SMB context

    • Strong intrinsic motivation and excitement about designing and executing data-driven revenue-generating campaigns.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize performance.
    • Hands-on with digital tools (e.g., Webflow, Notion, Google Sheets, Zapier, HubSpot) and willing to experiment to find what works.
  • Mindset & Working Style:

    • Entrepreneurial & self-sufficient: Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and loves building from scratch.
    • Data-driven: Makes decisions based on numbers and quick iterations.
    • Curious about GTM tech: Excited about new growth tools, automation, and how technology can amplify marketing impact.
    • Hands-on & supportive: Willing to work directly with partners, including local activations and field support.
    • Language: Fluent in German and English.
