Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a global sales strategy positioning us as a category leader in AI‑led manufacturing and driving exponential revenue growth.
  • Build, mentor and empower a world‑class direct and indirect sales organization from the ground up, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
  • Institutionalize the Challenger Sales methodology, embedding an insight‑led approach that transforms customer engagement and delivers measurable value.
  • Forge and nurture strategic relationships with leading manufacturers, OEMs and co‑sell with technology partners to expand market reach and influence.
  • Identify and unlock new market segments and strategic partnerships accelerating growth and enhancing competitive edge.
  • Ensure predictable revenue performance through robust pipeline management, precise forecasting and seamless collaboration with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams while actively shaping company strategy as a member of the leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completed degree in business administration, engineering or a related field; MBA an advantage.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Proven track record as a senior sales leader (Director, Vice President or equivalent) in industrial software, manufacturing solutions or AI/IIoT; experience building and scaling international B2B enterprise sales teams; expertise in complex B2B sales cycles and frameworks such as Challenger Sales; proven knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation and digital transformation; excellent communication and stakeholder skills especially at C‑level.
  • Personality and Working Practice: Combines strategic vision with pragmatic implementation; communicates confidently at C‑level and builds lasting relationships; defines division’s contribution to overall success, sets ambitious goals and targets resources; recognizes market trends, takes transparent risks and focuses on sustainable growth; provides team‑oriented orientation, encourages participation and highlights successes; attracts diverse talent, fosters team cohesion alongside high performance and leverages challenges as development opportunities; consistently demonstrates role‑model behavior.
  • Work Routine: Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (up to 40‑50%).
  • Enthusiasm: Passion for innovative AI and data technologies and their application.
  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English; German language skills an advantage.
