Then come and join our global team as Global Clinical Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for MR in Oncology in the Business Line Magnetic Resonance (MR) to advance the future of cancer care.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Lead the value proposition development: You will draft compelling narratives highlighting the critical role our MRI solutions play in oncology related clinical pathways. Your audience will include radiologists, clinicians, and patients worldwide – all eager to learn how our innovations can transform disease management.
  • Serve as the key clinical contact: You are the go‑to expert for clinical oncology topics, coordinating global internal activities and teams. Your insights help drive our clinical strategy forward. Our global sales team depends on your expertise to help them drive their business locally.
  • Create unified storylines: You will develop cohesive and emotional storylines that showcase our MRI oncology portfolio.
  • Manage cross‑modality projects: You will lead and contribute to marketing workstreams across business lines and areas and ensure seamless communication and execution of activities that highlight our innovative solutions.
  • Nurture a global KOL community: You will cultivate and maintain relationships with KOLs and societies in oncology and radiology. Leverage their insights to refine our messages and solutions to enhance our global impact.
  • Engage with leading experts: You will interact and present our portfolio to top‑tier radiologists and healthcare professionals on international stages. You drive recognition and adoption of our solutions.
  • You hold a master’s degree in health management, medicine, natural sciences, marketing, engineering, or a comparable discipline.
  • You bring deep experience in MR imaging—either through hands‑on technical expertise or clinical practice.
  • You have a solid understanding of current oncology trends and the role of MR imaging in guiding patient care.
  • You have several years of substantial work experience in a customer‑facing role within the healthcare sector.
  • You have professional marketing experience or a strong motivation to communicate value‑based benefits in a clear and compelling way.
  • You understand the clinical workflows, needs, and global challenges faced by radiology departments in depth.
Your attributes and skills
  • On a personal level, you demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and take ownership of your tasks. You give guidance, take initiative, show creativity, and do not shy away from complex environments.
  • You effectively influence others with professional communication skills and intercultural sensitivity.
  • You have strong command of the English language (German an advantage). International business travel accounts for around 30% of your overall workload.
