Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking German-speaking Technical Customer Service Advisors to join a dynamic international project. You will support customers with technical inquiries, provide accurate solutions via phone, email and chat, and troubleshoot using internal systems.

• Work Model: On-Site
• Schedule: Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (Rotational); Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00; 2 Rotational Days Off
• Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates with work authorization
