Cross Border Talents is hiring for an on-site customer service role in Lisbon. Join an international team and receive relocation support from day one.

You will assist customers via phone, email and chat in German, with English support as needed; schedule 08:00–18:00 Portuguese time, Monday to Saturday with a rotational day off.

Your Responsibilities

Language Requirements

• German: C2
• English: B2

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
• 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day per week
