As part of the Technical Support Team you will provide first‑level support for dental practices using our digital health software platform.

Team: 3 support colleagues

Reports to: Management (flat hierarchy)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first‑line support via phone & ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot software & hardware components (TI eGK readers connectors)
  • Document support cases accurately in CRM
  • Ensure customer satisfaction & high resolution rates
  • Collaborate with technical & product teams
  • Contribute ideas to improve product & support processes
Requirements
Must‑Have
