Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking German-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support team in the travel and hospitality sector. The role includes relocation to Greece with initial training and the possibility to work remotely from within Greece after training.

You will handle reservations, changes, cancellations and general inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing empathetic, solution-oriented support and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) required.
• Good command of English (B2+) expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and able to help people effectively.
• Good computer literacy and quick to learn new systems.

Ready for a new professional experience in Greece? We are looking for German speakers to join an international Customer Support team within the travel and hospitality sector.

The opportunity includes support for candidates moving to Greece and, following the initial training period, the possibility to work remotely from within Greece.

Your Role

• Support customers via phone, email and chat

Your Profile

• Fluent German (C1/C2)

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail or another customer-facing role is an advantage
• Motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
