Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C1/C2) is required.
• Good command of English (B2+) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-focused and comfortable helping people.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece is required; experience in customer service is a plus; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.
