RDN CONS is seeking German-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support team in the travel and hospitality sector. The role includes relocation to Greece and the possibility to work remotely from within Greece after the initial training period.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, assisting with reservations, changes and cancellations, and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

Ready for a new professional experience in Greece? We are looking for German speakers to join an international Customer Support team within the travel and hospitality sector. The opportunity includes support for candidates moving to Greece and, following the initial training period, the possibility to work remotely from within Greece.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail or another customer-facing role is an advantage
• Motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
