RDN CONS is seeking German-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support team in the travel and hospitality sector. The role offers relocation support and a training period, with the possibility to work remotely from within Greece after the initial training.

You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, handle reservations and inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional, empathetic manner while using internal systems to track requests and deliver a positive

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) required.
• Good command of English (B2+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and able to help people.
• Good computer literacy and quick learner.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible shifts.

Ready for a new professional experience in Greece? We are looking for German speakers to join an international Customer Support team within the travel and hospitality sector. The opportunity includes support for candidates moving to Greece and, following the initial training period, the possibility to work remotely from within Greece.
