Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking German-speaking customer support professionals to join an international team in the travel and hospitality sector, with relocation to Greece and comprehensive onboarding.

After the initial training period, there is an opportunity to work remotely from within Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, handle reservations and inquiries, and strive to provide a helpful, solution-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent German at C1/C2 level.
• Good command of English (B2+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The opportunity includes support for candidates moving to Greece and, following the initial training period, the possibility to work remotely from within Greece.

Your Profile
