Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking German-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support team in the travel and hospitality sector. The role involves assisting customers by phone, email and chat, handling reservations, changes, cancellations and inquiries, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.

The position supports relocation to Greece and, after an initial training period, offers the possibility to work remotely from within Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good English (B2+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable helping people.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Relocation to Greece is required or supported.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.

The opportunity includes support for candidates moving to Greece and, following the initial training period, the possibility to work remotely from within Greece.

Your Profile
