Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking German-speaking professionals to join our international Customer Support team in Greece. You will assist guests with travel and reservation-related needs, delivering friendly and professional help throughout their journey.

The role offers full-time employment in Greece with relocation support and initial in-person training. After the training, there is the possibility to work remotely from within Greece, in a multicultural, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience in customer service in hospitality, tourism, retail is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with travel and reservation needs.
