An international recruitment agency is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Admin Assistant. The role involves responsibilities such as order entry, product processing, inventory control, and preparing sales materials. Candidates must have customer service experience and business-level proficiency in both German and English. Understanding Japanese culture is a plus. This is a permanent full-time position based in Düsseldorf, with expected travel to the Netherlands for office arrangements.
A Japanese company is currently looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Admin Assistant in their Amstelveen office. For business expansion purposes, they will open a new office in Houten from Autumn 2022. Someone who can travel to both Houten and Amstelveen will be welcomed!
An understanding of Japanese culture and some logistics experience will be advantageous.
TYPE: Permanent, full‑time (first 7 months will be contract, thereafter permanent)
WORKING HOURS: 8:45‑17:15 Monday to Friday (30 min lunch break, 40 hrs a week)
SALARY: START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amstelveen & Houten – The Netherlands (Someone who can travel to both Houten and Amstelveen will be welcomed!)
