What You'll Do : Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management : Be the main point of contact for our German-speaking clients. You'll build trust, ensure satisfaction, and act as a strategic advisor, understanding their goals and recommending tailored digital solutions. Clear communication with both clients and our internal teams is crucial for seamless collaboration.
  • Strategic Growth & Development : Identify opportunities to expand our services with existing clients by introducing innovative solutions. You'll conduct market research to spot industry trends and strategically position our offerings, helping to plan and execute account strategies for maximum revenue and client success.
  • Project Leadership : Oversee digital projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to quality standards. You'll coordinate with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver top-tier solutions and track performance to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Data Insights & Reporting : Analyze project data to provide clients with valuable insights and suggestions for improvement. You'll create regular reports and present findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving & Solutions : Proactively address any client concerns or operational challenges, ensuring quick and effective resolutions. You'll balance client expectations with our capabilities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship : Work closely with diverse teams, sharing knowledge and improving processes. You'll also have chances to mentor junior colleagues, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
  • Language Proficiency : You must be fluent (C2) in German for all client and German team communications, and proficient (B2) in English for internal reporting and team collaboration.
Who We're Looking For : Candidate Requirements
  • Language Skills : You must be fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (at least B2).
  • Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is required.
  • Experience : Prior experience in business development, account management, or client relations is highly preferred. Experience with Google or other major tech companies is a significant advantage.
  • Skills : You should have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, a strong client-focused approach, and be highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. An analytical mindset capable of turning data into strategic insights is also essential.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
