Job summary

Nomadify in Dortmund is seeking a German-speaking customer service specialist to be the primary contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You will provide timely, accurate support in line with SLAs and work within a KPI-driven environment.

On-site work with relocation support may be provided. You will document interactions in the CRM, escalate complex cases when needed, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and customer orientation.
• Open to relocation and on-site work.
