Job summary

Nomadify is seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional to assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You will provide timely, accurate help in line with SLAs and document all interactions in our CRM.

The role requires strong problem-solving and a customer-first mindset, with openness to relocation and on-site work. Ideal candidates will have German fluency, good English for internal communication, and prior experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work in a KPI-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and customer orientation.
• Open to relocation and on-site work.
