Job summary

Nomadify in Berlin sucht eine/n kundenorientierte/n Support-Mitarbeiter/in für deutschsprachige Kunden über Telefon, E-Mail und Chat.

Sie lösen Anfragen, kümmern sich um SLAs, dokumentieren Interaktionen im CRM und leiten komplexe Fälle weiter. Die Position bietet Relocation-Optionen und eine strukturierte Einarbeitung.

Qualifications

• Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache (Muttersprache oder nahezu)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse für interne Kommunikation

• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• In strukturierter, KPI-gesteuerter Umgebung arbeiten

Responsibilities

• Hauptansprechpartner für deutschsprachige Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat.
• Bereitstellung zeitnaher, geaauer und professioneller Unterstützung gemäß SLAs.
• Anfragen, Beschwerden und Serviceprobleme effizient lösen, Kundenzufriedenheit wahren.
• Dokumentation der Interaktionen im CRM-System.
• Komplexe Fälle bei Bedarf an interne Stakeholder weiterleiten.
• Interne Richtlinien, Qualitätsstandards und Compliance beachten.
• Aktiv zur Prozessoptimierung und Verbesserung der Customer Experience beitragen.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs)
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately within CRM systems
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal stakeholders when required
• Follow internal policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Actively contribute to process optimization and customer experience improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and customer orientation
