We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will provide support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service and effective problem resolution.

- Respond to customer inquiries in German (and occasionally in English)
- Provide information about products and services
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic attitude
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
- Native or fluent level of German
- Good level of English (B1+ or higher)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
