General Manager DEUTZ Türkiye leads and manages the company's operations within Turkey, driving growth and enhancing business performance in the region. The function has full P&L and representation responsibility for the DEUTZ subsidiary in Turkey. The Turkish subsidiary is based in Istanbul, which is also the place of work.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Turkish market dynamics, legal regulations, and industry trends
• Proven ability to navigate complex business environments and drive strategic growth
• Develop and implement high-impact strategies to boost performance and manage risks
• Make critical decisions that shape regional operations and outcomes
• Maintain clear communication across internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders
• Build and nurture key relationships in Turkey
• Lead regional teams to meet sales and profitability targets
• Align local operations with global objectives
• Responsible for a Turkish entity generating approx. €15M in revenue
• Hold full legal accountability for the entity
• Directly influence market position and financial results in Turkey
• Strategic decisions affect employees, clients, and investors

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in international business, ideally as a General Director or senior executive
• Background in corporate environments outside Turkey and experience with business expansion is a plus
• Industry knowledge in engines, construction, or off-highway machinery, especially in the Turkish market
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and convey business strategies
• Native-level Turkish and good English required; German is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence across all organizational levels
