• 4+ years of fullstack engineering experience in a team
• Solid frontend skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and React
• Strong backend proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or similar languages (willingness to learn Kotlin required)
• Familiarity with Spring Boot or equivalent frameworks
• Strong understanding of Git, PostgreSQL, and writing meaningful tests
• Bonus: Experience with Kafka, GitLab CI/CD, MongoDB, Keycloak, Helm, or Kubernetes
• Collaborative team player who thinks before coding, documents approaches, considers trade-offs, and plans for maintainability
• Bring foresight to technical decisions and help the team avoid pitfalls
• Fluent English communication (German is a plus)
• Located in Germany
